This shipboard switchgear assembly is fabricated from 3 mm 316L stainless steel and treated with C5-M epoxy-powder coat to withstand continuous salt-spray. Draw-out ACBs up to 3200 A are mounted on anti-vibration rails qualified for 2 g shock per IEC 60092-504. IP44 gaskets and labyrinth doors prevent condensation ingress during ocean transits. A built-in earth-fault monitoring relay with 0.3 A sensitivity protects floating neutral marine systems.
