Engineered for environmentally conscious projects, this air-insulated switchgear low voltage relies solely on ambient air for insulation—no SF₆ required—delivering 100 kA short-time withstand at 415 V. The modular sheet-steel enclosure uses 2 mm zinc-coated panels with powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance. Horizontal and vertical busbars are tin-plated copper rated 1600 A to 4000 A, supported by SMC insulators that resist tracking up to CTI 600. Top- or bottom-entry cable boxes accept 1- or 3-core XLPE cables up to 630 mm².
