MNS low-voltage suction switchgear is a combined low-voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as device) assembled with standard modulus. This device is suitable for the power supply and distribution system with a rated working voltage of 50 (60) Hz of 690V and below, and is used for the control of power generation, transmission, power conversion and power consumption equipment.


The device conforms to the national standard of IEC439.VDE.660 and GB7251.1 "Low-voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment", and has passed the "3C" mandatory product certification.

◎ Product features

■ Compact design: in a smaller space that can accommodate more functional units. Up to 368E / 4 drawer units are available.

■ Strong structural versatility, flexible assembly: 25mm modular C profile can meet the requirements of various structural forms, protection grade and use environment.

■ Adopt standard module design: respectively can form different protection, operation, conversion and other standard units, users can choose any assembly according to the needs. More than 200 kinds of assembly parts can form the frame structure and drawer unit of different schemes.

◎ Normal use of environmental conditions

■ The surrounding air temperature shall not be higher than + 40°C, not lower than-10°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than + 35°C.

■ Atmospheric conditions: air is clean, relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is + 40°C, and large relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at + 20°C, but it should be considered that moderate condensation may be generated occasionally due to temperature changes.

■ For indoor use, the altitude of the use site shall not exceed 2,000 m.

■ The device is adapted to the transport and storage process at the following temperatures: -25°C from + 55°C to + 70° C for a short time (not exceeding 24h) and shall not suffer any unrecoverable damage at these limit temperatures.

■ If the above use conditions cannot be met, they shall be negotiated by the user and the manufacturer.

■ When the device is used in the offshore drilling and production platform and nuclear power plant, a separate technical agreement shall be signed.


◎ Essential parameter

■ The rated insulation voltage is AC 690 / 1000V

◎ Cabinet structure

■ The basic structure of the development cabinet is composed of C profile assembly. C profile is made of steel plate with E-25mm modular mounting hole, and all cabinet frame and inner partition are galvanized passivation treatment. All surrounding door panels and side panels for electrostatic spraying. The cabinet is divided into three compartments, namely the horizontal bus compartment at the back of the cabinet, the functional unit compartment on the left of the front, and the cable room on the right of the front of the cabinet.

■ The horizontal bus compartment and the functional unit compartment are separated by a function plate made of flame retardant foam plastic, and the cable room, the horizontal bus compartment and the functional unit compartment are separated by steel plate.

■ In addition to the standard side outlet scheme, there is also a rear outlet scheme, the rear outlet scheme is designed to reduce the width of the switch cabinet. The main bus of the rear outlet switch cabinet is installed horizontally on the top of the switch cabinet. The back half of the cabinet is the cable room, and the incoming and outgoing cables are connected from the rear cable room of the cabinet. The front of the switchgear is the function room of the switchgear. The system design moves the cable room on the side of the switch cabinet to the back half of the cabinet, greatly reducing the arrangement width of the switch cabinet to further meet the requirements of substation space layout.

■ The feeding cabinet is 600mm wide and 1000mm deep. It is an independent main bus room, isolated from the device chamber. The total installed height of the front compartment is 72E (E=25

mm), isolated by the multi-function board and the rear cable room, makes full use of the installation space of the switch cabinet, compact structure and flexible unit configuration. Back cable room with door, easy installation and maintenance.

■ The width of the incoming line is determined according to the frame current of the incoming line unit. The recommended width is 600 / 800 / 1000mm, and the cabinet depth is 1000mm.

■ Exout assembly

Standard component specifications: 8E / 4,8E / 2,4E, 8E, 12E, 16E, 20E, 24E.

(1) 8E/4,8E/2 Pull-out components

The 8E / 4 and 8E / 2 extraction assembly structures include instrument panel, insulation material side panels, rear cover with cable terminals and one or two 20-core control line terminal mounts with two 20 E / 2 core terminals for different requirements.

The instrument panel is provided with knock hole for installation of metering, operation and display devices. The operation of the main switch (generally motor switch with fuse or circuit breaker) is realized by the handle installed on the instrument panel, which has electrical and mechanical interlocking functions. The electrical interlock is completed by a micro switch with a constant open and one normally closed contact.

After pressing the operator handle to the inside, it can be added from the O position to the main switch, test and isolation for safety protection, and up to 3 locks can be added.

(2) 4E,8E,12E,16E,20E,24E Pull-out components

4E to 24E extraction components include instrument panel, insulated rear panel, front cover plate, metal side panel and wire trough.

The hinge assembly door facilitates replacing the element from the front (such as replacing the fuse) without extracting the assembly. When the component is in the working and test position, the front door can only be opened with tools (e. g. screwdriver and double lock). When the component is in an isolated position, double locks can be provided.

The front cover plate keeps the instrument panel in place when the front cover plate is open and closed. The instrument panel is provided with knock holes to install metering, operating and indication devices. The operating handle has electrical and mechanical interlocking functions, and the electrical interlocking is completed by a micro switch with one normally open and one normally closed contact.


■ Switch handle position description:

| Working position one main switch closed, control loop on, component locked

A distance of 30mm of the isolation position, the main loop and control loop are disconnected, and the test position of the main switch is switched off, the control loop is connected, the components are locked, and three locks can be added

When the operator pulls out the drawer in the "1" position, the switch handle will automatically jump to the "O" isolation position, and the drawer is locked in the 30mm position to prevent the drawer disposable withdrawal due to excessive force. At this point, turn the switch handle to the "1" out position, you can fully withdraw the drawer

◎ Busbar system

The switch cabinet can be configured with two groups of main bus, installed in the rear bus room of the switch cabinet. Two groups of buses can be installed in the upper or lower part of the cabinet respectively. According to the needs of the incoming line, the upper and lower groups of bus can be different or the same section of materials. Both can be supplied separately or in parallel, or can be used as backup power supply.

Distribution bus (vertical bus) is assembled in flame retardant plastic function plate, which can prevent the discharge caused by arc and prevent human contact, and is connected with the main bus through special connection.

The cabinet is equipped with an independent PE protective conductor and an N neutral conductor, which run through the entire device. Neutral bus N and protective bus PE are mounted in parallel in the lower part of the functional unit compartment and vertically in the cable chamber. An insulator is used between the N line and the PE line.


◎ Security protection system

Each cabinet is equipped with a flame retardant plastic functional partition, installed between the main bus room and the functional unit compartment, its function is to effectively prevent the accident caused by the fault flying arc and bus short circuit caused by the switch element, take a tight isolation finger application.

There are galvanized metal bottom plates with ventilation holes between the upper and lower drawers, and the smaller 8E / 4 and 8E / 2 drawers are surrounded by flame retardant engineering plastic parts, so there is a strong insulation isolation effect between the adjacent circuits

In the cabinet, a variety of plastic components are used to support the charged part. These components are required to be halogen-free and have leakage protection properties.


◎ Drawer type

There are five standard sizes, all based on 8E (200mm) height: 8E / 4: four drawer units in 8E height space.

8E / 2: assemble 2 drawer units in the 8E height space.8E: assemble 1 drawer unit in the 8E height space.

1 6E: assemble 1 drawer unit at 1 6E (400mm) height space. E2 4: assemble 1 drawer unit at 2 4E (600mm) height space.

The five drawer units can be assembled in a single cabinet or in a mixture. The maximum number of drawer units held for a single assembly in a cabinet is shown in Table 1: the total height of the functional unit compartment is 72E.


In the same device, the general arrangement of functional units is that the small functional units are on the top and the large functional units are on the bottom.

◎ Electrical and mechanical interlock of the drawers

The drawer unit has a reliable mechanical interlocking device, controlled by the operating handle, with obviously accurate closing, testing, extraction and isolation positions. In order to strengthen safety precautions, the operation handle can be positioned with padlocks, up to three locks can be added.

After the drawer unit is in place, it must strictly follow the operation shape function and its position action. If the operation is forced, it is easy to damage the structural parts. Please pay attention to the users when using them.


◎ Installation, use, and maintenance

■ See Figure 3 for the external dimensions and installation of the device.

■ When the device arrives at the destination, the packing box should be checked as complete first. If the device is not installed immediately, it should be stored in a dry and clean place.

■ The device is recommended to be installed off the wall, and the installation foundation plane shall be flat.

■ After connecting the cable, the bottom of the device should be closed to prevent small animals from climbing into the cabinet and causing short circuit accidents.

■ After the installation or adjustment of the device, the following inspections and tests shall be carried out before being put into operation.

(1) Check whether the electrical equipment and control wiring installed in the device conform to the drawings of the factory.

(2) with manual operation of various switches, should be flexible operation, no abnormal and lag phenomenon.

(3) Check whether the action of mechanical interlocking mechanism and electrical interlocking device is correct and reliable, and should meet the requirements of the system

(4) Check whether the insulation resistance of the main circuit and the control circuit meets the specified requirements.

(5) Check whether the electrical equipment installed in the device is good and whether it meets the technical conditions of the electrical equipment itself.

(6) Check whether there is any foreign body inside the device and whether the installation screws of each component are loose.

■ Operation instructions for Exout MCC:

(1) the bottom of the drawer should be correctly inserted into the guide, to advance into the cabinet, otherwise it will damage the drawer or pull out and other bad phenomena.

(2) The symbols and functions on the 8E / 4 and 8E / 2 drawer panels are shown in Figure 1, from the split position "o" to "!"The arrow is: first push the handle inward and then rotate the handle from" o "to" 1 ", can return without having to push, as long as the handle from" 1 "to" o ", let go, the handle automatically pop up.

(3) The symbol signs and functions on the drawer panel of 8E-24E are shown in Figure 2. When the handle reaches the working position "", the mechanism removes the mechanical lock on the main switch

It can be closed and opened. When the main switch is closed, the handle of the interlock mechanism cannot be operated.

(4) There is a small hole in the door on the lower right corner of the symbol sign, which is the unlocking mechanism of the door. The operation process is as follows: When the drawer is in the working position, if you want to open the door, insert the hole with a screwdriver and move the lock down to open the door.


◎ Transportation and storage of the devices

■ The device is not allowed to dump and suffer violent vibration.

■ The device should be lifted after unpacking, and the Angle of two wire ropes is 120. If using forklift, roller bar or pry bar, it is not allowed to be directly on the bottom frame of the device.

■ If the device is installed in position to a small distance movement position, it can be moved at the four corners of the bottom frame.

■ No random disassembly of electrical products and parts in the device.

■ Should be prevented from rain and damp, the ambient temperature according to the relevant provisions of the sample.


◎ The sense set of crystal production

The switch cabinet is equipped with packing list, product qualification certificate, product specification and necessary drawings, random accessories with door keys and spare parts provided according to the supporting list.
