This product meets EC439 LV Switchgear and Control Equipment and GB7251 LV Switchgear.

◎ Use of environmental conditions

■ The surrounding air temperature shall not be higher than + 40℃ and not less than one 5℃. The average temperature within 24h was no higher than + 35℃.

■ Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use site does not exceed 2000M.

■ The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the highest value is + 40℃, and a large relative humidity is allowed at the lower temperature.(For example, 90% for + 20-C) should consider the effect of accidental condensation due to changes in temperature.

■ The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees.

■ The equipment shall be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and where the electrical components are protected from corrosion.

■ Users can negotiate with the manufacturer for special requirements.

◎ Line approach

GGD cabinet entry line has the common upper and lower side entry line, but also designed by the cabinet top, left, middle, right three positions on the entry line and the cabinet entry line, in order to meet the needs of all kinds of engineering design for different entry line mode.


◎ Main bus-bar

GGD 2 cabinet adopts aluminum bus, and GGD 3 cabinet adopts copper bus. The main bus is arranged behind the upper part of the cabinet and fixed by building block combination bus clip. Bus clip with high flame retardant material hot injection molding, high mechanical and insulation strength.


◎ Cabinet structure

1. The frame is made of 8 MF cold-rolled steel plate bending, and its rigidity and bearing capacity meet the installation requirements of electrical components. The mounting holes are arranged by E=20mm and E=100nm, which improve the versatility of the assembly.

2. There are heat dissipation holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, and the heat dissipation holes are sealed with steel wire plate. When the power distribution cabinet is running, the heat of the heating element rises and is discharged through the upper heat dissipation hole, while the cold air is supplemented from the lower groove hole. The sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom up, with good heat dissipation performance.

3, the cabinet shape design adopts the method of golden division ratio, the overall beautiful and generous.

4, the cabinet door and the frame are connected with the rotating shaft movable hinge, convenient installation and disassembly. Rubber rubber at the door to prevent the cabinet and the door collision; and improve the door protection level.

5. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame with multiple flexible wires, and the installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame with grounding roller screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit.

6. The protection level of the front, back, top surface and both sides of the cabinet reaches P30, and it can also be selected between IP20 and IP 40 according to user requirements.

7. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with a hanging ring to facilitate lifting and shipping.


◎ Installation and use

After the product arrives at the receiving place, it should first check whether the packaging is intact and intact, and timely notify the relevant departments to find the cause of the problem. For the product not installed immediately, it should be placed in the appropriate place according to the provisions of the normal use conditions

■ Product Installation

The installation of the product shall be carried out according to the installation diagram (see attached Figure 2). The foundation channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user. When the main bus installation, the lap surface shall be repaired and leveled, treated clean, coated with neutral vaseline or take other measures, and then fastened with bolts.

■ After the installation of the product, the following items shall be inspected and tested before being put into operation. A Check whether the decent paint of the cabinet is falling off, and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.

Whether the operating mechanism of b electrical element is flexible and should not be stuck or excessive operating force.

And c whether the disconnection of main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate, and whether the disconnection of auxiliary contact is reliable and accurate. Change of d instrument indicator and transformer and whether the polarity is correct.

E whether the bus is well connected, whether the insulation support parts, installation parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.

Whether the f auxiliary connection point meets the requirements, whether the molten core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate. Whether the contact of the q circuit meets the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.

Whether the h protection circuit system meets the requirements.

Measure the insulation resistance value with a 500 V megohm meter.

■ Notes for use

A This product is a low-voltage power distribution cabinet without wall installation, single side (front) operation and double-sided door opening maintenance. The maintenance channel and cabinet door of the products must be operated, inspected and repaired only by qualified professionals.

B Air circuit breaker, after multiple closing and division, will make the main contact locally burn and produce carbon substances, and increase the contact resistance, the air circuit breaker should be maintained and repaired regularly according to its operating instructions.
