◎ Scope of application
The device is suitable for power conversion, distribution and control of power, distribution and motor control center, capacitor compensation, including power plant, substation, petrochemical department, factory and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings.
In the power plant with large single capacity, the low-voltage power control center and motor control center can meet the special needs of the interface with the computer.

The device meets IEC439 Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment and GB7251 Low Voltage Switchgear.
◎ Product model and meaning
◎ Service condition
The surrounding air temperature shall not be higher than + 40℃, not less than-5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than + 35℃. When exceeding, the operation shall be reduced according to the actual situation. For indoor use, the altitude of the use site shall not exceed 2,000 m.
The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature is + 40℃, and a large relative humidity is allowed at the lower temperature, such as 90% at + 20℃. It should be considered the effect of accidental condensation due to the temperature change.
During the installation of the device, the inclination to the vertical surface does not exceed 5 degrees, and the whole group of cabinets is relatively flat (in line with GBJ232-82 standard).
The device shall be installed in the place where there is no severe vibration and shock and the electrical components are not enough to have special requirements, which can be solved through consultation with the manufacturer.

■ Main circuit scheme
The main circuit scheme is selected from the opinions of the majority of design, manufacturing, testing and use departments, including the needs of power generation, power supply and other power users. The maximum rated working current is 4000A, which is suitable for the selection of distribution transformers with 2500KVA and below.
In addition, the capacitor compensation cabinet is designed to meet the need of high power factor for power supply and consumption.
■ Auxiliary circuit scheme
The auxiliary circuit scheme of the DC operation part is mainly used for the low voltage plant (station) system of power plant substation; the general control mode for the low voltage plant system, working (standby) power feed and power feeder for 200MW and 300MW and above
The auxiliary scheme of AC operation part is mainly used for the low voltage system of factory and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings, and there are 6 combination schemes suitable for the operation and control of variable power supply. And equipped with operating electrical interlock standby self-projection, self-recovery and other control circuits, can be directly used in engineering design.
The DC control power supply is DC 220V and 1 1 0V, and the AC control power supply is AC 380V or 220V. The 220V control power supply composed of drawer units is derived from the public control transformer in the cabinet. The public control power supply adopts ungrounded control transformer, and 24V power supply is left for the weak current signal light.
■ Generatrix
A. Horizontal bus bar
Horizontal bus is placed in the rear bus compartment of the cabinet, where 3150A and above are upper and lower double layer layout, and 2500A and below is single layer layout. And b. the vertical bus
The vertical busbar used for the drawer cabinet uses the "L" shaped hard copper enamel tin busbar.

◎ Design feature
■ The main structure of the device adopts 8 MF type steel, and the structure adopts two structural forms: assembly and partial welding. E=20mm on the main frame.
■ Each functional room of the device is strictly separated, and its compartments are mainly divided into functional unit room, bus room and cable room. The function of each unit is relatively independent.
■ The horizontal main bus is placed in the back of the cabinet, so that the top and bottom of the cable room have outlet channels, to solve the problem of old products can not be on the outlet.

■ Functional unit
A. A drawer is for a separate functional unit.
B. The drawer is divided into four size series: one unit, one unit, two unit and three units. The rated current of the circuit is 630A and below.
The size of a unit drawer is: 160 (height 560 (width 170 (depth), the width of a half unit drawer is 280, unit two and three units only change by two times the height, the rest of the dimensions are the same unit.

Each cabinet of the device may be equipped with 11 unit drawers or 22 half unit drawers.
E. Drawer inlet and exit line adopts the same specification chip connector of different chip numbers according to the circuit current size, and generally one chip connector is 200A
T. Transfer of half drawer and cable room, transfer of backplane structure, and transfer of unit drawer and cable room adopts transfer of rod structure. For g. the drawer panel has obvious signs of closing, breaking, test and drawing, and the drawer is equipped with mechanical interlocking device, see Figure 1 and Figure 2.
■ The feeder cabinet and motor control cabinet are equipped with a special cable compartment. The connection of the functional unit room and the cable compartment room is realized through the connector or the copper row, which not only improves the reliability of the cable, but also greatly facilitates the installation and maintenance of the cable. The cable compartment has two width ths (240mm and 440mm), depending on the number of cables, section and user's requirements for convenient installation and maintenance.
■ Functional unit auxiliary contact log of the device: 32 pairs for one unit and above, and 20 pairs for 1 / 2 unit, which can meet the needs of automatic users and interface with computers.
■ Considering the universality and safety of dry-type transformer and the economy of oil-immersed transformer, the device can be convenient to form a group with dry-type transformer, and can be easily connected with the oil-immersed transformer low-voltage bus.
■ With the drawer as the main body, with the extraction type and fixed type, can be mixed combination, arbitrary choice, can also be made into fixed separation.
■ The device is designed according to the three-phase five-wire system and three-phase four-wire system. The design department and users can easily choose PE + N or PEN mode.
■ The protection level of the cabinet is IP3X and IP4X, which can also be determined according to the user needs.
Explain:

Isolation position-3 0mm distance, main loop and control loop are disconnected, components locked. Out location- -the main and control circuits are disconnected, and the drawer can be advanced and pulled out.
After pressing the operation handle inward, it can shift from 0 position to 1 position, switch the main switch, test and isolate the three positions as a safety guarantee, and up to 3 locks can be added.
◎ Is installed for use
After the product arrives at the receiving place, the product shall first check whether the packaging is intact or intact. If any problem is found, it shall timely notify the relevant department of the contract to make business records, jointly analyze the reasons, and deal with the visa and the aftermath.
For products not installed immediately, they shall be kept in an appropriate place according to normal use conditions or temporary storage regulations for electrical equipment.
■ Product Installation
The installation of the product shall be carried out according to the installation diagram (see attached Figure 3). The foundation channel steel and the bolts fixed by bolts shall be provided by the user. When the main bus is connected, if the surface is uneven due to transportation and storage, it shall be leveled and tightened.
■ Inspection and test of products before commissioning after installation
A. Check whether the cabinet surface paint or other cover materials (such as plastic spraying) are damaged and whether the cabinet is dry and clean. B. Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no lag or excessive operation force.
C. Whether the opening and breaking of the main and auxiliary contacts of the main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate.
D. Drawer or drawing mechanism should be flexible, light, no blocking and collision phenomenon.
E. The center line of the dynamic and static contacts of the drawer or drawing structure shall be consistent, the contact shall be close, the insertion depth of the main and auxiliary contacts shall meet the requirements, the mechanical interlocking or electrical interlocking device shall act correctly, and the locking or lifting shall be reliable.

G. The ground contact between the drawer and the cabinet should be closely contacted. When the drawer is pushed in, the ground contact of the drawer should be contacted before the main contact, and the opposite procedure when pulling out. H. Scale setting of instrument, transformer ratio and polarity are correct
I. The molten core specification of the fuse shall meet the requirements of the engineering design.
J. The fixed value and setting of relay protection shall be correct and reliable action.
K. Measure the insulation resistance with 1 0 0 0V~ European meter not less than 1 MQ.

■ Notes for use
A. GCS series cabinet is a low-voltage power distribution cabinet without wall installation, front operation, double-sided maintenance, cabinet maintenance channel and cabinet door, and must be qualified professionals

B.
