◎ Use of environmental conditions
1. The altitude shall not exceed 2,000 meters.

◎ Architectural feature
The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combined assembly structure. All the structural parts of the cabinet frame are connected to each other through screws, and then add the door, baffle, partition, drawer, installation bracket, bus and electrical components, and are assembled into a complete switch cabinet. This cabinet has the following features:
1. The frame adopts C-shaped steel; three-dimensional corner plate is used to connect the welded structure to avoid welding deformation and stress and improve the installation accuracy.
2. The frame and mounting hole shall change according to the modulus E=25mm.
3. the internal structure adopts galvanized treatment. After pickling and phosphating, electrostatic epoxy powder was applied.
4. In the power center (PC) incoming cabinet, the item is the horizontal bus area, the lower part of the horizontal bus area is the circuit breaker room, the circuit breaker can be configured with domestic CW 1, HSW 1, etc

In general, the PC unit has the return row main circuit (including the bus link), and when the rated current is 630A~1600A, the external size of the cabinet is 80010002200 (width, depth and height). The external dimension of the main circuit cabinet without return is 8008002200 (width, depth and height). Rated current at 1600A~3200A, the external dimension is 100010002200 (width, depth and height). No return row cabinet of the main circuit, the external dimension is 10008002200 (width, depth and height).
The structure of the power center (PC) feeding cabinet is similar to the incoming cabinet. When the feeding current is 630A~1600A, a 100010002200 (width, depth and height) cabinet can be installed with two circuits for the upper and lower arrangement.
5, motor control center (MCC) switch cabinet has two kinds of wall installation and no wall installation, the item is the horizontal bus area, the horizontal bus area is the drawer function unit area, the width of the area is 600mm. When the cabinet is installed against the wall, the left side of the cabinet is the functional unit area, and there is a 200mm wide cable outlet area on the right side the dimension of the cabinet is 8005002200 (width, depth and height); when the cabinet is installed from the wall, the width is 600mm, the cable outlet area is at the back of the cabinet; the dimension of the cabinet is 600X80O (1000) 2200 (width, depth and height). Cabinet depth is 800 and 1000. It is suggested that the user choose 1000 deep cabinet, which is unified with the PC cabinet depth. When the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet, the live part of the cabinet is not exposed, safe and reliable.
6. The drawer function unit and the door are interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch. When the main switch is not open, the door in the closed position, and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closed or split position with external padlock. The functional unit compartments are separated by metal plates. The drawer has good interchangeability, and has the working position, test position and separation position, when the drawer is pushed to a certain position, the drawer automatically positioning, at this time can pull the left side of the drawer, the drawer can remove the positioning, enter the next position. The drawer out of the cabinet also has the function.
7. in the capacitor compensation, measurement and other fixed scheme of the cabinet and drawer cabinet have the same appearance shape, the same horizontal bus position, so as to ensure that the drawer and fixed cabinet can be used side by side.
8. Bus system: the bus of the cabinet adopts three-phase five-wire system, the horizontal current is 1250A or below, the horizontal bus is above 1250 A, the horizontal bus between the cabinet is connected block; the vertical bus is closed by galvanized plate, and the internal partition is used to limit the arc diffusion; the neutral bus is set at the top or bottom of the cabinet, the protection bus (PE) is set at the bottom of the cabinet, and the cabinet is connected with the partition and door of the cabinet, so as to ensure the continuity of grounding.
9. There is a natural ventilation window at the bottom and top of the switch cabinet without lowering the protection level.

◎ Installation and use
The installation of the product should be carried out according to the general installation method of power distribution equipment. The foundation channel steel and bolts for bolt fixing should be prepared by the user. When connecting the main busbar, the overlap surface must be fitted and flat, otherwise loosen the bolts of the cabinet for adjustment.
After the product is installed and put into operation, it is necessary to inspect and test it. Check whether the surface coating of the cabinet (such as spraying) is damaged, whether the cabinet is dry and tidy; check whether there are foreign objects placed in the cabinet (such as bolts, welding rods), and whether each bolt is loose or not tightened; check whether the operating mechanism is reliable and the action is accurate; check whether the set current value of the switch, the scale of the instrument, and the ratio and polarity of the mutual inductor meet the requirements. Finally, use a 1000V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance value, which should not be less than 1 megohm. Use a temporary power supply to test the power supply. The electric closing and opening and indication should be accurate before it can be put into operation.
After being put into operation, daily maintenance should be maintained, and the heating of the busbar should be measured regularly. If the temperature rise is too high or there is an abnormal sound, the cause should be found out. Depending on the operating environment, cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out every 2 to 5 years.
GCK series cabinets are low-voltage power distribution cabinets that are not installed against the wall, operated from the front, and repaired from both sides. The maintenance passages and cabinet doors of the cabinets must be entered or opened by qualified professionals for operation, inspection and maintenance. After multiple openings and closings of air circuit breakers and molded case switches, especially after short-circuit openings and closings, the contacts will be partially burned and carbon substances will be produced, increasing the contact resistance. Maintenance and inspection should be carried out according to the circuit breaker manual. After installation or repair, it is necessary to strictly check whether the isolation status between the compartments and functional units has been restored to ensure the good functional separation of the device and prevent the expansion of faults.
