Recently, with the final batch of power distribution cabinets safely delivered to the project site, Jiangsu Okey Electric Co., Ltd. has completed the scheduled delivery of all products under its supply contract for the Nanjing plant of a well-known domestic new energy equipment manufacturer. This marks a phased but significant achievement in the construction of the power support system for this hundred megawatt class advanced compressed air energy storage system equipment manufacturing base, and adds another distinguished credential to Okey Electric’s service track record in the new energy equipment manufacturing sector.
This project is a key construction initiative in Jiangsu Province, primarily engaged in the R&D and production of core equipment for hundredmegawattclass compressed air energy storage systems. Upon completion, it will provide vital support for the development of China’s new energy storage industry.
Following contract signing, Okey Electric promptly established a dedicated project team to coordinate and integrate all stages, including technical refinement, production scheduling, quality inspection, and logistics shipment. Facing the tight delivery timeline, diverse product specifications, and stringent quality standards, the company leveraged its nearly two decades of manufacturing experience in the power transmission and distribution sector, activating flexible production lines for priority scheduling and implementing full process quality tracking.
Prior to processing, all technical documents—including control schematics and secondary wiring diagrams for the distribution cabinets—were jointly validated by the buyer, the design institute, and the supervision unit, ensuring zero deviation between drawings and on site requirements. From cabinet welding and busbar fabrication to component installation and secondary wiring, each procedure strictly adhered to a system of self inspection, cross inspection, and dedicated inspection. The company completed the production, testing, and delivery of all products within the agreed timeline, earning high recognition from the customer through its robust production organization and efficient performance capabilities.
The power distribution cabinets supplied under this project cover multiple application scenarios, including distribution rooms, air conditioning machinery rooms, and low voltage equipment rooms. The products strictly comply with the GB/T7251 series of national standards for low voltage switchgear assemblies. The enclosures are fabricated from high quality cold rolled steel plates, offering sturdy and durable construction, with protection ratings covering various indoor and outdoor environmental requirements to suit the diverse power distribution needs of a modern factory.

In terms of core component selection, the circuit breakers are from internationally leading brands, featuring comprehensive overload and short circuit protection. Key components such as surge protective devices fully meet the mandatory national 3C certification requirements. The distribution cabinets are also well equipped in secondary control, with all incoming and outgoing circuits supporting both local and remote control functions, fully satisfying the dual demands for intelligence and safety in modern factory power distribution systems.
