■ The ambient temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +300℃.
■ The relative humidity of the ambient air is not higher than 50% at +40℃. At lower temperatures, the relative humidity can be higher, but the condensation caused by temperature changes should be taken into account (For example, 90% at +200℃).
■ The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded
■ The inclination of the equipment installation to the ground should not exceed 5 degrees
■ If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve
The box is made of high quality steel bending, with electrostatic spraying surface treatment and floor installation. The door is generally a single door, which can also be divided into upper and lower doors. In order to improve the protection level after the door is opened, the second door can be installed, so that the operating parts of the components expose the second door, which will greatly improve the personal safety of the operators.
Add a canopy on the top of the outdoor protective power distribution box, the door and box adopt U-shaped double fold edge, and glue strip, and the protection level reaches IP54.
■ After the goods arrive at the site, check whether the packaging is in good condition, whether the product has a collision phenomenon, if there is any problem, inform the manufacturer in time
■ The product is installed on the trough steel base or cement base, can be welded or bolted connection mode, the trough steel base user self-provided
■ The box should be dry and clean, the operation of the components is flexible, there should be no lag or excessive operation force phenomenon.
■ Measure the insulation resistance value with 500V megohm.
The user shall provide the following information when ordering
■ Primary system diagram and a secondary schematic diagram
■ The entry and exit line mode of the products
■ Code code or sample plate painted on the surface
■ Special requirements that do not comply with the normal use of the product.
